  • 5114 5116 high capacity wheel rake

    5114/5116 HI-CAPACITY WHEEL RAKES

    FEATURES/OPTIONS

    • H&S 5114 & 5116 hi-capacity wheel rakes have the raking wheels positioned ahead of the rake arms, main frame beams and transport wheels. coupled with a high and wide end of frame, there are no hang-up points or restrictions when raking the heaviest of hay crops.
    • A brake band on each front gauge wheels can be easily adjusted to field conditions.
    • Large independent 60" rake wheels with "Bee Hive" style spring suspension follow the contours of the ground smoothly.
    • A large diameter rake wheel hub is used for added strength to the rake wheel dish.
    • The adjustment for the ground pressure on the rake wheels allows the operator to fine tune the 5114 and 5116 wheel rakes to fit varying conditions.
    • The rake arms feature 2 ball bearings on each end of the arm for long life, smooth operation, and less wear than rakes with bushings.
    • The 60" diameter rake wheels turn slower for less tooth wear and deliver more capacity.
    • The windrow width adjustment is done with a hand crank and adjusts windrows from 38" to 58" width.
    • Independent articulated rake beams have the flexibility to flex 3' up, or 3' down.
    • Limited oscillating offset tandem transport wheels assure a smooth, level ride, even over irrigation tracks.
    • Raking widths can be hydraulically adjusted in any position up to the pre-determined raking width. Setting the spring loaded stop allows you to set pre-determined raking widths up to 28' on the 5114, and 32' on the 5116.
    • Rake wheel wind boards are standard on the 5114/5116 Rakes.
    • A 2 or 3 wheel center kicker wheel assembly is optional.
  • HS flex frame rake

    6116/6118/6120/6122 FLEX-FRAME WHEEL RAKES

    FEATURES/OPTIONS

    • H&S Flex-Frame wheel rakes are available in 16, 18, 20, and 22 wheel models.
    • The raking wheels are positioned ahead of the rake arms, main frame beams and transport wheels. coupled with a high and wide end of frame, there are no hang-up points or restrictions when raking the heaviest of hay crops.
    • The rake beams and rake arms feature flex-joints for maximum flexibility over the terrain.
    • A brake band on each front gauge wheels can be easily adjusted to field conditions.
    • Large independent 60" rake wheels with "Bee Hive" style spring suspension follow the contours of the ground smoothly.
    • A large diameter rake wheel hub is used for added strength to the rake wheel dish.

  • HS HDII rake

    HD II RAKES

    FEATURES:

    • 5" x 7" Overhead Mainframe
    • Each side opens independently..
    • The windrow width on the HDII can be adjusted hydraulically to a maximum of 72".
    • One hydraulic remote along with the electrical control box, controls all the functions of the rake.
    • Because of the offset of the rake wheel beams, there is no need for center kicker wheels.
    • Rake wheel ground pressure can be adjusted by the threaded rod and nut on the end of the lifting pipes on each rake beam.
    • The 60" rake wheels on the HDII rake feature UV treated poly wind panels and an over center wheel stop.
    • Torsional dampening springs allow the rake wheels to roll smoothly over the terrain.
    • The rake wheel lift pipes slide in oil impregnated bronze bushings and also feature a rake wheel lock for transportation.
    • The HDII rake features rake beams with a variable adjustment to set the rake wheels straight or in a tilted setting up to 10 degrees. (patented)
    • Anti-wrap hay guards are standard equipment.
    • The rake wheels may be lifted independently left or right or both at the same time with the master switch.
    • An adjustable hitch and jack are standard equipment.
    • A ball hitch is optional.
  • 4112 4114 4116 high capacity wheel rake

    4112/4114/4116 HI-CAPACITY WHEEL RAKES

    FEATURES

    • Raking wheels positioned ahead of the rake arms, main frame beams and transport wheels.
    • Coupled with a high and wide end of frame there are no hang-up points or restrictions when raking the heaviest of hay crops. Windrow width adjustment is done with a hand crank.
    • Rake opens and closes hydraulically, rake wheels are lowered and raised hydraulically, and the rake wheels float independently.
    • The 12 wheel model Hi-Capacity rake can be configured as both a v-rake or with the right side open as a trailer rake.
    • The rake arms on the 14 and 16 wheel hi-capacity rakes feature 2 roller bearings on each end of the arm for long life, smooth operation and less wear than rakes with bushings.
    • Hi-Capacity rakes fold up to 8'6" or less with the touch of a lever for road transport or to go through gates.
    • Limited oscillating offset tandem transport wheels assure a smooth, level ride, even over irrigation tracks. Standard on the 14 & 16 wheel models and optional on the 12 wheel model.
    • An adjustment for the ground pressure on the rake wheels allows the operator to fine tune the 12, 14 and 16 wheel Hi-Capacity rakes to fit varying conditions.
    • An adjustable brake band on top of the front spindle keeps the front gauge wheels from spinning in rough conditions.

  • HS Xrake series rakes

    X-15 RAKE

    FEATURES/OPTIONS

    • The H&S X-15 Rakes feature a highly maneuverable short turning radius, no caster wheel design, and an overhead frame design for high volume capacity of the crop.
    • The variable main frame width adjustment opens symmetrically. Hitch height and beam fore and aft tilt are controlled by a simple ratchet jack.
    • Hydraulic adjust beam angle as standard equipment.
    • Tandem ST175/80D13 tires w/rims are standard equipment.
    • The X-15 Rake has a proven ground pressure system and rake arm design.
    • The X-15 Rake has 100% coverage, there is no need for center kicker wheels. The 3 wheel extension can be locked up if not needed.
    • One side raking can be done with the right or left side.
    • The hydraulic beam angle kit adjusts right and left beam angles.
    • An electric-over-hydraulic toggle switch adjusts the left and right beam angle – the neutral position of the toggle switch adjusts main frame width.
    • Optional rake wheel wind boards help to keep the crop from wrapping on the rake wheels.
    • Work lights are optional.
  • HS 2100series action rake

    1100 & 2100 SERIES V-RAKES

    1108/1110/1112 Features:

    • The Rake Arm Pivot Joint provides flexibility for the rake beam in uneven ground conditions unlike most competitors.
    • The Rake Wheel Pivots also provides additional ground flexibility.
    • Raking width on the 1100 series rakes can be adjusted to 3 different positions with the pin and fine-tuned by adjusting the turnbuckle screw. The hitch jack is used to adjust the windrow width.
    • A single acting cylinder coupled with a simple linkage system allows for easy raising and lowering of rake wings.


    2108/2110/2112 Features:

    • High Clearance Action Rakes features a "KWIK PIK" (patent pending) system for immediate clearance of windrows when raised, as well as greater clearance in the raking position and stability during transport.
    • An Adjustable Hitch allows you to level the rake for efficient raking.
    • Right and left side raking is done easily by turning either one of the wing transport valves off.
    • A 49" Center Kicker Wheel is optional on all Action Rakes.
    • The hitch jack is used to adjust the windrow width as shown.
    • Raking width is easily adjusted by a single pin & clip, and can be fine-tuned with the threaded turnbuckle screw.
    • The operator can adjust the fine tune spring to allow proper rake wheel down pressure on each arm of either rake.
