Title: Agricultural Service Technician

Status: Full Time Position

Objective: Perform basic/complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer owned agricultural equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting repairs (electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical) on equipment within quality standards and time frames while minimizing customer down time and rework
• Providing afterhours support, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Completing all required paperwork in a complete, accurately, concise, and timely manner
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer’s issues utilizing previous training, schematics, or other support material
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
• Participates in all job-related training and development
• Representing the company in a professional manner when interacting with internal employees, customers, and any other outside contacts
• Communicating appropriately with customers; conveys operational issues with supervisor
• Understanding and following all company safety policies while using all required personal safety equipment

Job Requirements

• Vocational training, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical technology; degree in Agricultural Equipment Technology or applied engineering preferred
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of agricultural equipment
• Outstanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Ability to work from blueprints, manuals and schematics
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to effectively and efficiently interact with customers and coworkers at a professional level
• Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
• Ability to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays

Title: Precision Farming Specialist

Department: Service

Status: Full Time Position

Objective: Perform installation, maintenance and customer support for GPS precision guidance systems

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to install GPS precision guidance systems in agricultural equipment
• Providing afterhours support, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Completing all required paperwork in a complete, accurately, concise, and timely manner
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting customer’s issues utilizing previous training, schematics, or other support material
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment
• Participates in all job-related training and development
• Representing the company in a professional manner when interacting with internal employees, customers, and any other outside contacts
• Understanding and following all company safety policies while using all required personal safety equipment

Job Requirements

• Detailed and technological orientated
• Knowledge of GPS precision guidance systems
• Ability to install precision AG equipment and provide training to customers
• Experience in the equipment service industry
• Hard working self-starter
